What I collect

Only your email address, and only if you type it into the notify form. Nothing else: no name, no country, no profile, no browsing behaviour.

What for

To write to you when there's a demo, and to tell you the game is out. Nothing else. I do not sell or hand the list to anyone.

On what grounds

Your consent, given when you submit the form and withdrawable whenever you want. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address.

For how long

Until you unsubscribe, or until the game is out and the list stops making sense. Then it is deleted whole.

Who else sees it

The email service that handles the sending — not contracted yet. Once it is, its name goes here and, if it sits outside the European Union, the safeguard covering that transfer.

What you can demand

Access what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, take it elsewhere, object to its use or restrict that use. Ask through the contact email and you get an answer. If I do not reply, or you dislike the reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
